BP portrait prize is Britain’s most famous painting prize, each year the awards presenting works extremely exploratory and direction. Recently, its 2011 BP portrait prize award unveiled four list of candidates.

The winners will be in the middle of June announced this year when. BP portrait award prize is 25,000 pounds, plus the cost of raw materials, if 40 pounds less than 30 winners, age would be given extra 5,000 pounds prize. 6 months after the award, the British portrait announced at a museum also will be the theme of BP portrait award exhibition.
